Life is a journey which can present us with challenges that are sometimes too difficult to handle alone. As a client-centred therapist, Vaness is committed to accompanying you on your journey towards self-understanding and compassion. She works from a non-judgemental, empathy-based perspective. Together, you will choose from various techniques to encourage your mental health healing. During your time together, Vanessa may use different therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), family systems theory, mindfulness-based therapy and solution-focused therapy, depending on what you are most comfortable with.

Vanessa works with individuals experiencing various concerns and challenges in their lives, such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, post-partum depression, peri and menopausal changes, stress, parenting, relationship issues, grief, and identity exploration. She is an ally of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and draws on her lived experience to deepen her understanding of your journey and provide you with a safe space to explore, be heard and heal. She is honoured to accompany you on this winding road we call life.
