REIKI & BREATH WORK

Breathwork is gaining global popularity, though its roots stretch back through history. The term encompasses a multitude of interpretations, with diverse styles and approaches offering fresh perspectives on this ancient art.

Breathwork entails employing specific breathing patterns to attain particular objectives. During a session, practitioners blend various inhalation and exhalation techniques, varying in duration, speed, and intensity, often incorporating breath holds or retentions. These practices influence the central nervous system, leading to physical, mental, and emotional transformations.

Benefits can include increased energy, vitality, mental clarity, focus, pain relief, resilience, presence, and inner peace.

  • The session duration is 90 minutes (actual breath portion is about 30 minutes)

Reiki

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan. The word "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," which means "universal," and "ki," which means "life energy" or "vital energy."

The session usually begins with a brief discussion between the practitioner and recipient, during which the recipient can express any concerns or intentions they have for the session. This helps the practitioner tailor the session to meet the recipient's needs. During the session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the recipient's body in various positions corresponding to energy centers or chakras.

The goal is to facilitate the flow of energy and promote relaxation, stress reduction, and healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
