Jennifer is a highly experienced Manual Osteopath (DOMP) and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) practicing since 2001. Her  focus is in fascial tissue dysfunctions for Paediatrics and Adults. She works in private care at her clinic, Livewell Myofascial Release. 

​

She believes in using a combined treatment approach to facilitate balanced healing. Treatment focuses include both short—and long-term goals, ensuring that patients receive the tools needed to reduce the reoccurrence of an injury or facilitate proper development. She works alongside her team of therapists, whom she regularly collaborates with, to ensure that the highest skills and best practices are being applied to each client.

Jennifer is a long distance skier, runner and kayaker. She coaches youths in the local Cross country ski club and finds her best self in nature and movement.

In her off-time, Jennifer enjoys spending her time with her husband and daughter in the outdoors,
where she is a long-distance kayaker and cross-country skier.
