OUR APPROACH

At Livewell Myofascial Release, we work without one size fits all protocols and instead use different manual modalities based on our findings, create individualized treatment plans, and have an openness to collaborating with other knowledgeable therapists.

Using a team of therapists to assess the individual allows each therapist to draw upon their expertise which is shared amongst the team so that a more whole-body approach can occur.

REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPY

Drawing on lived experience to deepen their understanding of your journey and provide you with a safe space to explore, be heard and heal.

CUSTOM ORTHOTICS

Custom foot orthotics are medical devices used to support or correct the alignment of the feet to reduce strain and stress on your body by improving the body’s biomechanics, which may also help alleviate pain.

The feet are the body’s foundation; therefore, if any dysfunction is present, it may affect the body’s biomechanics by altering the gait; and/or add stress to the joints, including knees, hips, pelvis, and spine. This may in turn increase possible wear and tear of these joints and increase the risk of injury, whether pain is present or not.

REIKI & BREATH WORK

The word "Reiki" is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," which means "universal," and "ki," which means "life energy"." The goal is to facilitate the flow of energy and promote relaxation, stress reduction, and healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

Breathwork employs specific breathing patterns to attain particular objectives. These practices influence the central nervous system, leading to physical, mental, and emotional transformations. Benefits can include: increased energy, vitality, mental clarity, focus, pain relief, resilience, presence, and inner peace.
